Metal blanking: Adveco’s production technique

Materials handled

Adveco is able to machine different materials:

• We blank iron, steel and aluminium between 0.5 mm and 8 mm thick;
• We machine sheet metal in various commercial formats and strips up to 600 mm wide and 6 mm thick.

For metal blanking, we use one-piece, pitch and transfer moulds, which can be designed to order for the development of customised parts.

Quality of materials

• Pickling including DD11, DD12, DD13, S235, S355, S420
• Galvanising including DX51, HX420, S250GD
• Transparencies including DC01, DC04, HC420
• High-strength including S355MC and S420MC
