A manufacturer of hardware, small parts and metal components

Adveco’s production spells quality, technical expertise and innovation

Because we believe that these are the key ingredients to ensuring flexibility in handling requests and producing customised or standard hardware and small parts. We continue to develop these characteristics thanks to our qualified staff and established expertise in the field of machining.

60

Here are Adveco’s years of experience in the production of standard or customised hardware and small parts.

15 million

Here are the parts we can produce in a year thanks to our organised, technological and flexible machine fleet.

61 machines

Our factory consists of state-of-the-art machinery, each used for a specific machining operation.

1963

Amelio and Pietro Moretti started their metal blanking business in a small rented room in Lumezzane. Thus was born “Moretti Amelio e Pietro blanking and deep drawing sheet metal” with a machine fleet consisting only of a drill and press.

1964

The company moved to new premises in Cogozzo di Villa Carcina, in a larger environment where new machines could be introduced to work more safely. The increase in work also led to the first recruits.

1970

Luigi Moretti passed away prematurely and bequeathed the company, with all its wealth of experience, to his sons.

1972

The company moved to its current location at via Monte Guglielmo 61 in Cogozzo di Villa Carcina and changed its company type to a general partnership.

1976

Amelio and Pietro Moretti started a partnership with a company producing industrial cleaning items and found a new name for their company: ADVECO, a fusion of “Adventure” and “Ecology”.

1981

The collaboration with the industrial cleaning article manufacturer came to an end, but Adveco continued its metal blanking and machining activities.

2004

Gabriella and Elena (Amelio’s daughters) and Mauro, Barbara and Alberto (Pietro’s children) joined the company’s board. This led to the third family generation and a corporate structure of six partners: Adveco became a limited company.

2013

Adveco celebrated 50 years in business.

2018

The company celebrated its 55th year with the transition from an artisan business to a small metalworking company.

2020

A new 3100 m2 warehouse was opened at the headquarters with more than 2500 places available.

2022

Omera’s new 350 kN transfer press arrived.

2023

Adveco is 60 years old and the five Moretti cousins persevere in following the original objective of the company and its founders: offering customers and employees a dynamic, stimulating and ever-evolving company.

The Adveco team: qualified and oriented towards continuous improvement

We fully trust our team of technicians and workers, as we are aware of their capabilities and always ready to invest in them with training and refresher courses. Our employees participate in classes to develop technical skills, such as welding certification and visual inspection of products, on a regular basis.

For us, quality is synonymous with sustainability .

Faced with an ever-changing world and the obvious need to find effective solutions to today’s environmental issues, Adveco has decided to invest numerous resources to make its hardware and small parts production sustainable. This is an essential aspect of our company and also a determining element of our name, which was born from the fusion of the words “Adventure” and “Ecology”.

We regularly update our machine fleet in search of innovative solutions with the lowest environmental impact. We are careful about our energy consumption and always take the well-being of our employees into account, as this is crucial to ensuring high production efficiency.
